This site is a studio catalog. No accounts. No newsletter. No ads. This page is what we do with information when you visit — not legal advice, and not a promise that nobody will ever send a letter.

Who we are
Benjer Software operates this website, including benjer.us. We make games. Phoenix Limit is the publisher named on several Steam pages. This policy covers this website, not Steam, not Unreal, and not a Perforce server.
There is no contact form here on purpose. Steam store pages linked from this site have their own privacy notices.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, leave an email, or pay on this site. We do not run our own advertising or analytics pixels.
The host (Cloudflare) may log standard request data for a short time so the site stays up and so abuse can be blocked: IP address, browser user-agent, URL, time, and similar server logs. We do not use those logs to build a marketing profile.
If you follow a link to Steam, Google Fonts, or another site, that operator handles whatever you do there under their policy — not ours.
Third parties
Cloudflare hosts and shields the site. Their privacy policy applies to that infrastructure.
Google Fonts serves Archivo and Outfit. Google may see a request for those files (typically your IP and user-agent) when the page loads.
Valve / Steam operates the store pages we link to. Wishlist, play, and purchase happen on Steam, under Steam's terms.
Your choices
We do not keep a customer database for this site, so there is no account to download or delete here. You can clear cookies and local storage for this domain in your browser. You can use a tracker blocker. You can leave.
If a privacy law gives you a right to ask what we hold: we do not run profiles on visitors. Host logs, if they still exist, live with the host. There is no contact form on this site; the Steam developer page is the public channel we already publish.
This site is not directed at children under 13. Do not send us information about a child through Steam either.
We may update this page when the stack changes. The date at the top is the current version. Back to projects.
